When you use UPixel, we collect:

  • Account information — your email address and optional display name when you register
  • Usage data — prompts you submit, projects you create, assets you generate, and credit usage
  • Payment data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
  • Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, timestamps, browser type) for security and debugging

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Operate the service — authenticate you, track credits, store your projects and generated assets
  • Improve the product — understand how UPixel is used and where it can be better
  • Communicate with you — send account-related emails (receipts, important updates)
  • Prevent abuse — detect and block misuse of the platform

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your prompts or generated assets to train AI models.

3. Third-party services

UPixel relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Replicate — processes your generation prompts to produce images
  • Stripe — handles payment processing for subscriptions
  • Render — hosts the backend infrastructure
  • Vercel — hosts the frontend

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated assets are stored on our servers and associated with your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, though some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to processing in certain circumstances

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of UPixel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
